An armed robbery occurred last night in a vehicle on East Railroad Street in Waverly.  The victim, who was a passenger in a car with the suspects, had his wallet, cash and cell phone stolen at gunpoint.  The suspects dropped the victim off on Circle Drive where he went to a nearby residence and called 911.  Randy Beasley, 19, Myron Strowder, 19, and Matthew McKee, 19, all of Dickson, have been arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery.  They were taken into custody in Dickson and are currently in jail in Humphreys County.

“Officer Jeremy Brooks and Detective Jonathan Fortner did a great job of identifying the suspects and working with the Dickson Police Department and the 23^rd Judicial District Drug Task Force to quickly get these suspects in custody,” said Chief Grant Gillespie.
