Suspect Charged in Curtis Drive Homicide

Release Date:  08/21/2017By:  Chief Grant Gillespie Waverly Police Department Detectives arrested Charles Shear, 22, of Waverly, last night on a charge of Second Degree Murder in the death of his wife, Brandi Shear, 22, of Waverly.  Officers were called to a residence at 105 Curtis Dr. on a report of gunshots being fired.  When the Officers arrived they discovered Brandi Shear deceased in her vehicle in the driveway.
