Due to the order from the TN Supreme Court related to Covid-19, all City of Waverly Municipal Court Cases set for March 10, have been reset to May 12, 2021 at 2 p.m. If you have any questions about your court date, you can call the court clerk at 931-296-4300. This is City Court, not Humphreys Co. General Sessions or Circuit Court.

Press ReleaseFebruary 10, 2021 On February 10, 2021, at approx. 145pm, Waverly Police Officers were notified of a police pursuit entering the city limits on Hwy 70 West.
