Local Man Indicted for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Press ReleaseFebruary 3, 2026 James Tyler Dabbs, 33, of Waverly was indicted on Monday by a Humphreys County Grand Jury for 68 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.  This follows an investigation by the Waverly Police Department after multiple explicit images and videos were found during a search warrant of Dabbs’ electronic devices. Citizens Police Academy Session 14 Announced
