The Department of Public Safety received a grant from Fred’s Department Store as part of its Hometown Heroes “Hero Hats” program. The grant of over $400 will be used to purchase equipment for the Police and Fire department. Store Manager Sheilah Johnson presented Chief David Daniel with the grant.
